Alan Doy

Born and bred in New Plymouth, Alan Doy has been a part of McKinlay Surveyors in Taranaki for all his surveying career. Alan has 30 years’ experience in land surveying, with proficiency in Land Development, Subdivision Design, and Land Transfer Surveys. Alan has expertise in land development and project management, where a clear understanding of the entire process is crucial to maximising efficiency and project outcomes.

Licensed Cadastral Surveyor and member of the Institute of Cadastral Surveyors MNZIS Registered Surveyor and member of the Consulting Surveyors of New Zealand. Taranaki LandSAR coordinator.

Stephen Koning

Director | Registered Surveyor | Licensed Cadastral Surveyor

Stephen has called New Plymouth home for more than 15 years. Originally from Whanganui, he began his surveying career in Hawera and has worked in multi-disciplinary engineering and surveying firms in Auckland and Hamilton. Stephen has 25 years’ experience in land surveying, with proficiency in Land Development, Subdivision and the Resource Management consent process. Through his attention to detail and commitment to service, Stephen has built a valued client base at McKinlay Surveyors.
